The design of Orange building started in mid 2006, the first building to be replaced from the old Benjamin Offices South. The building was designed to meet the energy performance of 4.5 star ABGR (NABERS) while conform with very competitive budget.
The existing PC3 Laboratory was of insufficient size and needed to be expanded with new equipment installed. As this was not possible at its current site it was proposed to construct a new laboratory elsewhere on the floor.
The Inspire Centre is a purpose built facility designed to advance the practice and research related to the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in education. With a large focus on ICT within the education profession the building required the latest in ICT and audio visual (AV) technology for the users.
The Majura Parkway Project is a $288 million single road infrastructure project connecting the Federal Highway to the Monaro Highway. It is the largest single investment in the ACT's transport network to date. Spanning across 11.5km the Majura Parkway consists of dual carriage way each with 2 lanes, a shoulder lane and cycle lane.
The new children's conference unit in Level 5, 436 Lonsdale St, Melbourne in the Children's Court is one of the latest facilities provided by the Department of Justice to facilitate negotiations between parents over child custody issues.
